The tool processes the letters and filters you submit in order to return results. We use short-lived security logs and rate-limit records to protect the service from abuse. These records may include a one-way hash derived from an IP address and browser user agent.

Cookies

A strictly necessary session cookie is used for contact-form security. The site does not require an advertising or analytics cookie in this build.

Contact messages

When you contact us, the name, email address, and message you provide are used to respond to your request.

Data retention

Operational logs should be rotated and deleted on a schedule appropriate for your hosting environment. Contact messages are retained only as long as needed.
